Actress Manjari Fadnis, who is sharing screen space with acclaimed actors like Ashutosh Rana, Supriya Pathak and Prem Chopra in her upcoming "Jeena Isika Naam Hain", says she was a little scared to work with so many veterans.
"Working with veterans is unnerving for new actors because you want to match up to their performance," said Manjari at the music launch of the film on Wednesday.
"It has been a great opportunity to learn from veteran actors like them. I've seen Ashutosh sir in films like 'Sangharsh', 'Dushman', etc. But when I actually met him, he was so warm and encouraged me a lot on the set," she said.
"Many times Ashutosh sir gave me tips on acting. I've worked with Supriya ma'am in 'Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon'. She is a wonderful lady. I am extremely lucky to work with such great actors," the "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" actress said.
The film not only presents different slices of life but also exhibits the colourful journey of the characters. The movie has been shot in various places in India and the US and captures the grandeur of the countries in its true form.
Speaking about her role, the 32-year-old actress said: "My role in 'Jeena Isika Naam Hai' starts from when she is 18 years till she turns much older. Therefore, the role has so many graphs regarding the experiences she goes through. My character is a positive character and evolves through the story. It was a challenging, but a very learning experience for me."
Directed by Keshhav Panneriy and produced by Purnima Mead, "Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai" is a family entertainer with a perfect blend of action, romance and comedy.
The star cast includes Arbaaz Khan, Ashutosh Rana, Himansh Kohli, Manjari Fadnis, Supriya Pathak, Rati Agnihotri and Prem Chopra.
It is slated to release on March 3.
