Finally, the film is seeing light of day after years. The makers may have had their reasons for the long delay, but there is no reason whatsoever for anyone to watch it. It's senseless and stupid

By having Kher as the protagonist and shooting in England may have been the film’s USP but far from being a comic caper, it just does not evoke any laughter.
Kher essays a Mr Bean-ish character called Brij Bhushan Bhatti who works in a bank in Nallasopara. When he is not playing detective in the local neighbourhood, he is dialling ‘the White House of the Washington of the America’ (yes... that’s how he says it!) to speak to Mr Bush.
Or else he is getting jiggy to the cell phone ring. His boss, who would rather not have him around, is overjoyed when he takes off for a trip to England. He then becomes Bed and Breakfast Bhatti! To add to the chaos there are some holidaying folk for company.
There’s also a firang, a bombshell along with some assorted characters. It’s mayhem when they suddenly realise that Bhatti resembles a dreaded terrorist. A case of mistaken identity makes it a bigger mess.
Actor-turned-writer/director Karan Razdan who earlier made films like Hawas and Girlfriend seems to have totally lost the plot. Really why is such stuff made? The idea of having a protagonist as a bumbling buffoon may have been fine. But what about a proper plot to tickle the funny bone? Kher cuts a sorry figure. Even a cameo by Amitabh Bachchan could not redeem this balderdash. u00a0
