Shoojit took me without even auditioning me: Ayushmann

It was television which gave Ayushmann Khurana his identity, and the actor who successfully made the transition to the big screen, says he attributes it to the small screen

“Television has given me a lot,” he says, “Usually, people abuse TV but I have used it to my advantage.” And by that, he means doing the right kind of shows, and getting the correct exposure.

“That’s why Shoojit Sarcar took me without even auditioning me,” he adds. And will he return to TV if a good role comes his way? “The agenda now is films, but if I do TV again, it has to be a much bigger role,” says Ayushmann. u00a0
