Bollywood actress-turned-interior-designer-turned-author Twinkle Khanna has reportedly started her own production house named, Mrs Funnybones Movies. The star wife intends to produce a film starring hubby Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles.


'Ki and Ka' director R Balki is said to be wielding the megaphone for the project. The film would also feature Amitabh Bachchan in a special cameo.


Twinkle had earlier co-produced, hubby Akshay Kumar's films, 'Tees Maar Khan', 'Thank You', 'Patiala House' and 'Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty' in the past.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, a source has been quoted by a publication saying, "It’s Twinkle’s concept that will be entirely developed by Balki who is writing the script, screenplay and dialogues. Twinkle will not be involved in the writing process. The film goes on the floors in March next year.’’

The daughter of Bollywood legends Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle Khanna recently attained popularity after authoring two books namely, "Mrs. Funnybones" and "The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad".
