Pet therapy
I have got myself a pet dog, Dr Watson, who is my biggest stressbuster. He's a six month old British bull-dog, and looking after him is just like caring for a child, tedious but fun.
When I was a kid, I had a dog in the house, but this is the first time I am keeping a pet as an adult. Of course, it involves a lot of responsibilities, like you have to feed him on time, give him enough exercise and also clean up when he makes a mess (laughs).
Dr Watson is extremely friendly, but mischievous too. Most of the good quality furniture in my house is all in tatters now because of his constant biting and chewing. I make sure I play with him for some time at least daily; he's my life.u00a0
Movie magic
Another stress-buster is films. And I love watching mafia films. I find them a very 'guy thing'.
It's interesting to get insights into mob psychology in different cultures. Plus, mafia films have lots of thrills and action, so they make for great entertainment. My favourite mafia films are The Last Don and Donnie Brasco.u00a0
