Kareena Kapoor was invited for 'Karle Pyaar Karle's music launch along with her sister Karisma Kapoor

However, she chose to give it a miss saying that she was down with flu. The girl seemed to have recovered fast as she looked stunning on the red carpet of this glitzy awards ceremony.
