A hush hush ceremony was held at the actor's home on Parrot Cay, on the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean.
Sharing the marriage details the Die Hard actor's rep tells Willis' daughters, Rumor, Scout and Tallulah Belle were present.

Also in attendance were the kids' mother and Willis' ex Demi Moore and her current husband, Ashton Kutcher.
"The couple will be having a civil ceremony when they return to California," the rep informs Usmagazine.com.
This is the second marriage for Willis, 54, and the first marriage for Heming, 30.
