Eastwood wrote in his request to the court, Eric James Chisum has an extensive rap sheet that includes attempted murder, burglary, assault and narcotics and weapons charges.

He said that as a transient, his locations and movements are difficult to predict or monitor, noting Chisum showed little regard for the law and the threat he presents to him is immediate. The incident occurred on June 27, 2011, but the details have not been disclosed until now.

According to an order of protection filed by Eastwood, when Chisum was confronted by Tehama security personnel, he claimed to be Eastwood’s son and refused to leave the premises, Radar Online reported.

Recognizing the threat to their safety, a Sheriff’s Deputy recommended Eastwood that he should obtain a civil restraining order against 48-year-old Chisum, who was described as 6’2, caucasian and 175 pounds. Eastwood wrote that sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene, secured and arrested Chisum for trespass and probation violations.

He added that Chisum’s criminal record showed that he is a very dangerous individual and his actions have seriously alarmed, annoyed and harassed Eastwood and could pose safety risks to him.u00a0
