First of all, this is a revamp of the horror-comedy that became an instant classic back in 1985.
Secondly, it's got Colin Farrell playing theu00a0 thirsty individual at the heart of this flick about a teenager (Anton Yelchin) who discovers his neighbor isn't exactly the most, well, neighborly guy around. 
But mostly, it is Colin Farrell.
Don't get us wrong. We love ourselves some Toni Collette and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, but Farrell clearly steals the show here along with several jump-out-of-your-seat moments.
