Washington: Bella Thorne, best known for playing CeCe Jones on the Disney Channel series 'Shake It Up,' had a "major wardrobe malfunction" right before the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.

The 16-year-old actress, who walked the orange carpet at the award ceremony in a stunning green Valentino jumpsuit with gold Louboutin shoes, said that the outfit wasn't her first choice, US magazine reported.
The redhead revealed that she her first outfit didn't get approved since it collided with the show's vibrant backdrop and hence she had to pick the green one in the morning.
She added that one really has to be cautious on what the background is because it can really mess up the whole outfit.
