Gigi Hadid took to her Instagram handle and posted a photo of a Z-pendant necklace with Malik's birth date and time written in the upper left corner.

The 20-year-old model captioned the picture, "ZDAY."

A source revealed that the duo is spending the special occasion together, adding that Hadid loves birthdays, so she is happy she can be there to celebrate with Malik.

The insider also revealed that Hadid has given some very thoughtful gifts to the birthday boy.
