Social workers came to the conclusion that Aubry needed to work on his anger issues, and he has agreed to do so. "Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it," Tmz.com quoted a source as saying.

The recommendation stems from an incident earlier this month in which Aubry allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding Berry and his daughter Nahla. However, he is believed to have told social workers he never touched the nanny and she was making the story up to curry favour with Berry.

DCFS is reportedly not making any recommendations on changing the custody arrangement and that is left for a judge to decide.

There's also a criminal investigation focusing on child endangerment and battery but sources are confident that Aubry will not be prosecuted as it's a "he said she said" case. The matter will be referred to the LA City Attorney next week but it's expected the Office will decline to prosecute.
