On her Oscar nomination: I feel very lucky that I have won in the past.
Listen, it's lovely to be nominated. But I'm hoping Benjamin Button does really good on the night... I'm rooting for Brad [Pitt].
On watching her films: I like the process of doing them more than watching them. I don't really like to watch movies... I love to watch Brad's movies.
On what her kids think of her career: I think, they only think I animate Kung Fu Pandau2026 and that's the extent of my career.
On what's first in her life: I'd say kids first, woman to Brad and then my work internationally and then trying to educate myself about the world and trying to do some good things while I'm alive.
On stepping away from acting: I've been lucky enough to have a great career and a lot of success. But I wake up every day just the happiest mommy... I don't want to wake up one day and say I did that many more films and missed out on all those other things in life.
