Actor Matthew McConaughey has to undergo a drastic weight loss for his next film role in "The Dallas Buyers Club".

McConaughey, 42, who takes on the role of a man who contracts the HIV virus, said he needs to shed around 30 pounds for the film, reported Showbizspy. "I'm losing some weight. I've got a role coming up in the middle of September.u00a0
