A source told The Sun newspaper that Miley bought a whole load of sex toys, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The 22-year-old singer also seemed to be in the festive spirit as she shared a joke with a fellow shopper.
"When one shopper approached her she just joked that she's a very generous gift giver," the source added.
