The British model donned the company's iconic bunny outfit to pose for a series of risque shots in celebration of both her 40th birthday and the publication's 60th anniversary issue earlier this year, reports contactmusic.com.
Lawyers working for Playboy Wednesday sued bosses of BlackBook magazine's website over allegations that the editors had used images from the shoot without permission.
According to New York Daily News, the suit, which was filed in Manhattan Federal Court, New York said that BlackBook bosses published the pictures in a bid to attract internet traffic.
It is the second time Playboy bosses have sued over some company over the model's images.
The company executives launched a copyright lawsuit against Hearst Communications over allegations that workers at Harper's Bazaar magazine had published links that featured naked pictures of Moss on the publication's website, January.
