Director Zack Snyder gives Batman and Superman fans something to cheer for. The director took to Twitter to unveil a short teaser of his upcoming superhero film 'Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice'.

The teaser is 21 second long but gives fans a quick glimpse of Superman and Batman costumes with an awesome soundtrack playing in the background. According to the film's official website a teaser trailer of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' will be released on 20 April across IMAX theatres in the US with a special intro from Zack Snyder.

A sequel to Zack Snyder's Superman reboot will see Ben Affleck as Batman while Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman. The film also stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from 'Man of Steel'. Jesse Eisenberg will play Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons will play Alfred. The script is written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S Goyer.

'Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice' is scheduled for release on March 25, 2016.
