They all have given their sweat and blood," Kapoor told reporters. Raj Nayak, CEO of Colors channel, revealed that Kapoor was nervous about the press conference today as he had earlier sent him a message, asking to push it off by a week.
"We had to drop shows for '24'. We feel this show suits weekend slot," he added. The serial also features Mandira Bedi, Tisca Chopra, Neil Bhoopalam, Rahul Singh, while Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi and Rahul Khanna would also be seen in cameos.
Kapoor plays the lead role of 'anti-terrorism unit' chief Jai Singh Rathod and the series will narrate the 24 hours of his life over 24 episodes. It is written by Rensil D'Silva and directed by Abhinay Deo of 'Delhi Belly' fame.u00a0
