An eyewitness says, "Ratan was groped by a lightman during the shoot and she went up to the person in charge of production demanding strict action against him. But they didn't heed her plea. She then put her foot down and refused to shoot until the production house took appropriate action. Eventually, they sacked the lightman and requested Ratan to resume shoot."

However, the issue was not resolved overnight, claims the source, adding, "The production house did not take immediate action. They were not even bothered initially. They thought about it for a few days and then decided to fire the culprit."
We got in touch with Ratan for her side of the story, but she refrained from commenting on the issue. Rashmi Sharma, producer of the show, dismissed the buzz, saying, "Nothing of this sort has happened. It's a fraud story."
