Television actress Shweta Tiwari is another and recent victim of celebrity death hoax that took the internet by storm on Saturday. Shweta Tiwari’s death hoax got circulated after a fake fan page on Facebook bearing the name of 'Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki' fame Sakshi Tanwar posted a false condolence message for the actress. The published post read: "I feel very sad and shocked on knowing that Shweta Tiwari (Prerna) of ‘Kasautii Zindagi Kay’ lost the battle with life and is no more. RIP Shweta. Balaji Telefilms and the whole team will miss you...".

Shweta Tiwari's husband Abhinav Kohli has dismissed the death hoax and assured her fans that she is hale and healthy.
While speaking to SpotboyE, Abhinav Kohli said, "Shweta is hale and hearty and doing amazingly well. We have been getting calls from a lot of people after that post came up."
Shweta Tiwari is not the first celeb to fall prey to death hoaxes. Many other television and Bollywood stars, including veteran actors like Farida Jalal and Dilip Kumar, have made it to the fake list of ‘Rest in Peace’.
