What: Time Present is a photography exhibition where its works take on a journey of changes in the art form from the 1980s till today. It showcases over 60 pieces, all of which have been acquired from Deutsche Bank’s collection from its offices over the world.

Today is the past - Anett Stuth, Erinnerung, 2004
How: The bank’s collection boasts of several pioneering photography works, starting with Modernist works and German art after 1945. The bank, initially, invested in works by new generation German photographers followed by works from photographers from across the world.

The ones displayed at the exhibition include photographs by names including Gerhard Richter, Boris Mikhailov, Miwa Yanagi, Idris Khan, Dayanita Singh, Andreas Gursky and others.

The exhibition will also have events such as workshops on visual storytelling, picture story writing contest and digital photography workshop for children, as well as lecture on digital tools for photography. The exhibition will travel to Tokyo and Sydney, after Mumbai.
