<p><strong>Season for Khowsuey </strong><br />Burma Burma is inviting diners to rediscover Khowsuey, Burma’s most iconic dish, with their new Khowsuey menu, a limited-edition experience that has become a tradition at the restaurant over the last 12 years. The signature Oh No Khowsuey, the heirloom Grandma’s Famous Khowsuey, the light soupy Shwe Taung bowl and the spicy Downtown version each carry their own flavour and memory.</p>
<p>The winter menu also arrives with a fresh Zero Proof Cocktail lineup, inspired by Burmese herbs, spices and non alcoholic spirits, as they reimagine pantry staples like pickled tea leaves, jackfruit, coconut water and sugarcane. Highlights include the Zero Proof G and T with elderflower and yuzu bitters, Pandan Royale with tender coconut and pandan and more</p>
