Understand the human body mechanism and learn how to increase strength and maintain flexibility with Neeraj Mehta. The Mumbai-based fitness therapist will be conducting a special free workshop on body engineering and lifestyle, today in the city.

The workshop is open to all and will offer a set of techniques that participants can include in their daily fitness routine to improve strength and maintain flexibility without causing injury. Participants will learn techniques that are a part of Mehta’s trademark exercises BMXStrength, BMXCrossFit and SteelFlex, and understand how the body mechanism works while walking, sitting and standing.
According to Mehta, each exercise is designed keeping in mind the biomechanics of the human body for maximum results without compromising one’s safety. The workshop will be conducted in two separate sessions and will also look into how movement affects the human body, and the role of maintaining body balance during exercises. As a part of the workshop, Mehta will also offer tips on weight loss, muscle building and the role of a diet plan.
