Pick from items like Whey Protein Cheesecake (Rs 1,000), Double Chocolate Protein Loaf (Rs 900), Almond Milk (Rs 180, 480 ml/bottle) and Date and Orange Bars (Rs 500 for 12 mini bars) to cheat that weighing scale and keep an accurate count on calories — a detail that Chawla dares not miss.
