Here how Prince William stays fit

Dreams of all young girls shattered last week when Prince William tied the knot with Kate Middleton. They looked regal on their wedding day inviting the envy of many brides and grooms-to-be. While Kate's diet regimen prior to the wedding is well-documented, we tell you how the second to the throne maintains a healthy lifestyle.

Prince William has always enjoyed eating fruit salad, pasta and eggs (laid by his father's hens). Cottage pie is one of his favourites while the Banana Flan tops his dessert list. Apart from these his favourite foods are chocolate, poached eggs, fruit salad, pizza, pasta and venison.

He shuns cigarettes and illegal drugs but does drink socially. William has been sincere with his working out regimen since his childhood and is known to indulge in several sports including soccer, swimming, basketball, cross country running and water polo during his school days.

Apart from working with the Royal Air Force flying Sea King search and rescue helicopters, he has been involved in trekking, camping and also did army training when he travelled with the British Army to Belize. His personal gym at Clarence House is where he enjoys working out, doing press ups and other army fitness exercises.
