The Guide chats with food consultant Rushina Munshaw-Ghildiyal about staying young by eating the right kind of food

“Health is dependent on what we eat. We get wrinkles and look older because we don’t sleep well and in turn, our appetite goes for a toss,” says Ghildiyal, who has devised some fun-to-make anti-ageing recipes.
“The recipes are created using important ingredients that are known for their anti-oxidant properties while some are mood-lifters and help you relax,” she adds, stressing on how we easily become lazy when it comes to taking care of our body.u00a0
