Yes to either question precludes the need for debate: Buy; simply because this one sounds a hell of a lot like the first two records by The Kooks.
There are Beatles-inspired harmonies (Rosie), extremely catchy hooks (Killing Me, Runaway), songs about happiness (the title track includes the word 'happy' in parentheses) and the odd acoustic number (Eskimo Kiss). What this also means though is, if you disliked the first two, you needn't bother with this one.
