Even though the faulty batteries of Samsung Galaxy S7 pushed the South Korean giant towards a state of crisis, yet the company left no stone unturned to comeback with a brand new 'special features' enabled Galaxy S8 smartphone. If leaks are to be believed, then the Samsung Galaxy S8 will come in two different sizes with large displays and higher storage capacity.
Many reports have stated that Samsung Galaxy S8 will come in two display sizes, 5.8 inch and 6.2 inch respectively. Other rumours indicate that the flagship device will come in two variants - 5 inch and 6 inch respectively. The devices are also tipped to have dual-edged displays, finger print sensors at the back, and 'duo pixel' camera. To be specific, Galaxy S8 will sport 8MP front camera and 12MP rear camera. Both the front and reae cameras will have an aperture speed of f/1.7. Also, the two devices are expected to have more powerful batteries of 3000mAh and 3500mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to have 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB of inbuilt memory which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The device will be packed with all necessary accessories including 3.5mm audio jack. If rumours are to be believed, then a service known as 'DeX' will be launched which will enable Galaxy S8 to get connected to monitor, keyboard, or other devices.
The rumoured date for the launch of Galaxy S8 is March 29 and reports have claimed that the phone will go on sale from April 21, 2017. The 5.8-inch model of Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to have a price tag of around EUR 799 (Rs. 58,100 approximately), while the 6.2-inch variant is rumoured to have a price tag of EUR 899 (Rs. 65,400 approximately)
