“Once I got the hang of it, I started to experiment more,” she shares. Vasundhara uses a tablet computer for her creations, which she then works on in the graphics editing software programme, Photoshop. “I combine photographs, stock elements and several other elements with my drawings, which are then digitally altered,” she says about the collection, which comprises mostly digital portraitures.
“The portraits are of imaginary people. Everything is made digitally. There are no paints or colours involved,” Vasundhara clarifies. In the past, Vasundhara has had her works exhibited at Mocha Mojo Café in Bandra. This is her first solo exhibition and she is thrilled with the response. “Eight of my works have already sold.”
