Three months ago, a phenomenon called P-Man was unleashed on the Internet, and his show is already a big hit among the Indian rock-loving and TV reality show-hating junta. The online show has zero censorship, with a host called P-Man who lisps, which he reveals "the chicks find sexy". His fans say he is India's Osbourne, and Rohit Pereira aka P-Man is too pompous to deny it.

The 30 year-old from Mumbai started off as a member of rockband Pin Drop Violence, and is now lead vocalist and bassist for the band Khiladi. His day job requires him to be a content quality analyst at V2 Solutions, a Navi-Mumbai-based KPO. But these days, what he is most famous for is his online show. There is no way to beat this guy's madness. So we decided to join him.
So what is your inspiration?
When you switch on the TV, you tell yourself entertainment can't get any shit**er. I decided to make some more sh*t. I am the anti-host. I'm not tall, I don't have broad shoulders, I'm not thin, and I haven't won any pageant. I don't have fake assets, I haven't done Botox.
But there is Rakhi Ka Swayamvar on TV that's giving you stiff competition.
My mom is experiencing severe depression because her sons refuse to get married. So, I've decided to make her happy and start a P-Man ka Swayamvar. Women will apply. If they can enter a show like Splitsvilla, they can definitely come on The P-Man Show.
How do people react to the show?
They like it because the underlining theme is Indian rock music. I want to branch out and cover all sorts of music, I want to talk to the people behind the Electronica scene, I want to show a different side of music to close-minded rockers who think that Rock On (the film) sucks. And it might sound pompous, but I want to do the show through my eyes. I don't care what others like. My show features what I like. If you have a problem with that, go watch Kumkum or Balika Vadhu.
