Choose from chocolate, nougat, a regular malai and more in your kulfi now. What's more, you can even have it home delivered

There's nothing like some lip smacking Indian dessert after a home cooked meal. We went looking for some one evening and found the modest kulfi had had quite a makeover.

Not just that, they even come home delivered now. Kulfi 'n' More in Frazer town is a small joint that dishes out flavoured kulfis and a few coffee options.

Two tables and a freezer is just as much as you can lay your eyes on when you enter, but they also offer car service if you wish to nibble on dessert in pajamas and are too lazy to walk to the counter.

The menu is not much to go by and the prices have been revised so we suggest you ask for what is available. The kulfis come in three sizes, regular, matka and family pack.

The coffees weren't available on the day we stopped by so we opted for Roasted Almond Kulfi (R 50) in its regular size. Frozen and slightly hard on the bite initially, it soon began to melt in our mouths.

This one is a traditional malai kulfi with chocolate flavouring, chocolate chips and bits of roasted almonds. The result is a bittersweet crunchy and creamy dessert.

Next, we opted for the Crunchy Nougat Kulfi (Rs 50 for regular size). This was again a malai kulfi with a delicate flavour of caramel. The flavour oozed out in every bite and so did bits of caramelised sugar. Though considerably creamy we found this one a bit too sweet for our taste.

Done with our experiments of the revamped kulfi we opted for the traditional Malai Kulfi (R 32) next. Hardly comparable to the flavoured versions, this was a plain kulfi with oodles of cream with a mellow hint of cardamom.

This one was not overbearingly sweet and came sans the nuts. Not particularly ambient, Kulfi 'n' More is perfect for a quick pick-up when you have a sweet tooth of the Indian nature. They also home deliver kulfis within a five kilometer radius.
