Something's brewing this Yuletide. Located in far-off Undri and nestled amidst trees, Corinthian's sister concern celebrates the season with malty, potent holiday beers. On offer are fresh Bavarian wheat beer. Originally brewed by brew masters from the Germanic tribes in the middle ages, this is probably the oldest known style of beer. Crafted using a special yeast strain imported all the way from Bavaria, this beer is unfiltered, fruity and flavourful. We also recommend their dry and smokey Black Magic Ale. Toasted malts and moderately bitter hops make for a fine combination.

This is one of Pune's most high-end, chic places to party the night away. If you are at the plush bar, we recommend their signature Hemingway. The bubbly-based cocktail has a touch of fennel flavoured pernod. It makes for a lovely mix to get the adrenalin rushing.u00a0

If you are planning a house party and trying your hand at Kue Bar inspirations, give the Lychee Fruitini a shot. Pour a measure of vodka of your choice and shake in some lychee juice. We aren't sure of their secret recipe, but we recommend you float in some of the translucent fruit as well for a glass that looks as sexy as it tastes. If lychee is not your fruit, try it with kiwis or even strawberries.u00a0

This cozy kitsch restaurant also has an all-white Spanish tapas bar indoors. On the menu is a lip-smacking White Wine Sangria (Rs 350). A perfect winter festival drink, it is made with a semi-dry white wine as the base. This is infused with finely sliced wedges of green and red apples and fresh citrus oranges.u00a0

If you are planning to make Sangria at home, you could make it up to 24 hours in advance and simply keep topping up glasses with extra wine when served. Else, just dunk the fruit for an hour in the wine.u00a0

They are going to be one of the most fun, rocking parties this New Year's eve. While their Long Island Iced Tea (Rs 390) is a favourite, try something different this festive season. The Platinum Bloody Mary is a spiced mix that combines vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco and other secret ingredients.u00a0
