Also, it has redesigned its user interface to optimise it for the iPhone6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones.
Its new Today Widget, termed as 'Truecaller Widget Search', can easily help user identify a missed call.
With this feature, user can easily copy an unknown phone number from the call history and then drag it down to Apple's Today View to identify the caller.
User can also search for people within and outside the user's phonebook. Truecaller will first search for the number or name from the user's phonebook and if cannot identify, will search from within the Truecaller database. As of now, Truecaller claims to have 1.6 billion names in its database.
User can update the latest version of app through the Apple's App Store. However, the Truecaller app is also available for other devices on Google Play, Windows Phone, BlackBerry and Nokia feature phones.
