FESTIVAL FLURRY
The four-day Ellora-Ajanta fest is back to regale the culturati. Last held in 2008, Aurangabad will play host. The seventh edition is scheduled to be held in the 17th century Soneri Mahal and art and crafts bazaar Kalagram.
The event is expected to draw in nearly 10,000 visitors with tourists from overseas as well. Food and culture festivals, exhibitions and folk art festivals will be held here. This apart, one can soak up a series of performances by biggies including Hema Malini, Kailash Kher and Ustad Rashid Khan. And while you're in Aurangabad, make that trip to the World Heritage Sites at Ajanta and Ellora.
