Annually in India around 10 million people suffer with varicose veins, but not all consider varicose veins a serious medical condition and delay its treatment thus resulting into unbearable pain and more serious problems.

Varicose veins are enlarged, swollen and twisted veins mostly in reddish blue or dark purple colour. They appear just beneath the skin surface and mainly occur in the legs. Whenever blood pressure increases inside the veins it damages the veins, resulting in the formation of varicose veins.
