Naam Japo, Kirat Karo, Vand Chhako, the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji have been the guiding principle in the life of Gurdeep Singh Gosha, the Ludhiana Youth Akali Dal President.

Going out of his way to help the poor, needy and people seeking justice is what sets apart this young politician cum businessman from others.

Gurdeep Singh Gosha comes from a conventional family which preaches and practices the tenets of Sikhism. “Hard work, high moral values and most importantly sharing from our earnings comes naturally to my family and me. There is no religion greater than humanity which is why I strongly believe in community services,” shares Gosha.

Gosha has always been a true friend and a guide to the youth irrespective of the caste, creed or religion. He believes that being secular is the only way to make Punjab a progressive state. Right from listening to the problems of the people, especially youth to resolving their issues within legal parameters through dialogues and extending help financially and morally, Gosha does it all.

In recent past, expressing his solidarity with the farmers, Gosha participated in the Farmer Movement with utmost passion. Not only did he offered moral support with his presence at Kundli Border but also made provisions for food, water and medical aid.

“Selfless service for the fellow humans not just makes one a better individual but also adds to the spiritual strength,” feels Gosha
