Devendra Singh Tomar, born on 11 July 1962 in Madhya Pradesh (MP). After completing his graduation in civil engineering Devendar Singh Tomar decided to step into politics for ‘Jan Seva’. His vision is to make Gwalior and the whole of India a better place. He is currently a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party. Mr. Devendar Singh Tomar has been the three-time councilor Municipal Corporation, Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. In the year 1999, he was also appointed as vice leader in Municipal Corporation Gwalior (MP), till 2004. Later he was also a past participant of CBN International.

For the past many years, he has been doing progressive works to develop Gwalior. He believes public service is the biggest responsibility of every politician, as the public is the one who elects them for the development of the economy. He is an active member of the party. his motive is to support the policies that govern the country and work for the development of the citizens of the Nation as a whole. Devendra Singh Tomar follows moral and ethical principles which also a synonym for honesty towards society. He possesses integrity and he is trusted over the services which he has been providing to Gwalior’s citizens.

Politicians are considered as a person who is seeking to achieve political power in the government to accomplish its mission and make the social change and work according to the ideology of their party which lies in the development of the nation. Positions of politicians range from local offices to executive, legislative, and judicial offices of regional and national governments. Being a public servant politician at every level are required to solve the city’s problem under the guidance of the governing body. They are considered to represent the nation on an international platform. The development of a country lies on the part of the government including some more factors, which also decides which party’s ideology is more successful in the long run. Many politicians make fake promises just to come in the power, but a true leader is the one who has the trait of honesty towards their nation. A sign of a great leader is to Scrutinize the problems of their public and come up with the best solutions which should be in the favor of the Nation as a whole.
