Dear Diana, I am four months pregnant. Though everyone around me is thrilled, I'm very scared.
All my life, I’ve heard about labour pains and also about the C-section which leaves behind a scar. I may sound like a psycho but I’m just expressing my innermost feelings. I’m not very comfortable discussing it with my folks who are over the moon. How do I keep my fears at bay?

Dear Sulari,
It’s but natural for you to be anxious. Your gynaecologist can put your fears at rest. Each woman is unique so what has happened to others may not happen to you. It is best not to form your opinions on hearsay. Just keep an open mind and don’t expect anything — just go with the flow. You will be fine. Think of what a great experience it will be and the bundle of joy that you will have. You will also have a great tale about your experience to relate to other mothers-to-be.
Diana will solve it!
