My guy only cares for his folks

Dear Diana, I'm 25 and in a relationship with a guy who is 29.

But I feel he’s keeping me as an option as he is so concerned about what his parents and siblings think about me. I don’t know why I’m still sticking on with him. Should I just call it quits and move on? I think he only cares for his folks and not me.
