Dear Diana,
I have this guy at work that I am fed-up of dealing with. He works in my office but in a different department, and his cubicle is right next to the coffee machine. Every time I go to the machine, I can see him staring at my chest, and its not just staring, he is downright ogling.

I have tried covering myself up specifically when I go there, because I know that he will be there and staring at me. It doesn't seem to help either. Then one day at the office party, he came up to me and tried to talk to me.

I was stunned that while he was introducing himself, his eyes were still stuck at my chest. I was so disgusted, I gave him a piece of my mind. Now, he doesn't seem to have learnt his lesson.

He still continues to stare, in fact, now he comes over to my section on some silly pretext or the other. I have contemplated filing an official complaint as well, but I am not sure if it will work out in my favour. Please help me deal with this maniac.

Dear Ruchita,
You could always file a complaint of sexual harassment and he could always claim that he can't help himself. And that won't help you either. If anything else, it will make him even braver to continue ogling at you.

Also, pervs like him want an audience and thrive on making you seem like the bad person. They want you to react. You've done all you can to ensure that he stops staring at your chest.

Now the next time you do catch him staring at you, all you have to do is ignore him completely and behave like he does not exist.

The moment he gets deperate and tries to get touchy-feely with you under any pretext, you file an official complaint and this time around, you will have ample proof to put him away. Also, it would help to have a sympathetic person on your side.

One thing led to another... then it stopped!

Dear Diana,
I met this amazing guy at a party two weeks ago. The party was really boring and I felt totally left out. That's when he came up to me and spoke.

We exchanged pleasantries and soon hit it off quite well. One thing led to another, and I ended up spending the night at his place.u00a0

we met almost every night after that for a week, then suddenly he stopped taking my calls and messages. I don't know what happened, please help me.
