Eight days in a week: Vir Das - Actor/comedian
Eight days a week. Between five days of shooting for films and two days of stand-up a week... I don’t get a day off.

Just an eighth day where I get to chill. That’s not too much to ask for.

A trip to bali: Monica Dogra - Singer/actor
A trip to Bali is on my Christmas wishlist. It is such a beautiful destination. Iâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088have always wanted to go there, just to practise yoga and eat organic food. Everyone says if Iâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088go there Iâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088may never wish to leave the place.

A custom wardrobe from Tom ford: Nikhil Thampi  - Fashion designer
An entire custom wardrobe, personally designed by Mr Tom Ford. He is such an icon! My interest in fashion arose during the time he was the creative director of Gucci; he spectacularly revived the brand and gave it such a sexy, distinct persona. I’ve followed his work ever since. To me, he defines luxury, and I can think of no better indulgence than a line of dinner jackets, suits, tuxes and day-wear, personalised for me by the man himself.

Gender equality for all: Radhika Vaz - Comedian
Aâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088thigh gap! On a serious note, all I want for Christmas is gender equality. Iâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088don’t want girls to be told that they have to remain a virgin until they are married, that they can’t have abortion rights or they have to have children. I don’t want them to be told they can’t go ahead and do what they like. Leave them alone.

A long holiday with the family: Irfan Pabaney - Chef
A life! Jokes apart, I would like a nice long holiday with good food. The last holiday with the family was in May, where we spent two weeks in France and that was lovely. I’ve been tired lately; there’s increased work because of the season and we are launching two restaurants in Pune. There’s so much happening. Earlier, I used to take Monday and Tuesday evenings off, and just sit at home and do nothing. I now take Sundays off. If Aalika (daughter) wants to watch a movie, we watch one together or may be go out and eat or if she’s studying, I will sit with her, with a glass of beer. It’s important to take time off and sometimes, just switch off completely, even from your digital devices.

To combine work and travel: Tanvi Mehra - Dancer/yoga instructor
I don’t find any pleasure in material things like I did as a child and that is a huge relief, as I find pure joy and excitement in new experiences and in making memories. My one true wish, which remains the same, no matter the occasion is the gift of travel. I wouldn’t trade this wish for another as my life revolves around discovering the world. What I want this Christmas is to be able to combine work and travel. I teach yoga and dance and it would be a miracle to have the opportunity to spread the love for my passion to people in every nook and cranny of the world.
