Apart from being a chef, Gresham Fernandes is also a DJ who’s played gigs at venues like AntiSocial. His playlist reflects his western influences, and he says that a song like Don’t worry be happy is perfect for moments when you realise that you don’t have the required ingredients to cook your dish, which, in his case, is fettucine with toasted hazelnuts and Parmesan. He also added Michael Kiwanuka’s Love and hate to the mix. Why? “Because you either love or hate what you cook.”
