National Fajita Day is observed by the US on August 18 every year. The day is meant to be an annual celebration of the flavourful Mexican dish which is now consumed widely across the globe. Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisines have been steadily gaining popularity as evident among Mumbaikars from new kitchens and experimental menus popping up across town.
