Modak Waffle
Now, here’s a heady twist to the traditional set of modak ingredients like coconut, jaggery and saffron. Out Of The Blue has created this fancy dish comprising light and crispy waffles. The waffles are made of semolina-leavened batter and fumed with dessicated coconut, jaggery and saffron flavours. They are served with saffron, chocolate and pistachio modaks.
