Columbian-Hungarian chef Pablo Naranjo Agular, who heads the kitchen at Le 15 Cafe gets our hopes high every month with his pop-up Table No. 13. While last month saw the chef play around with fresh catch post the monsoon, this edition will be a treat for vegetarians. Inspired by his travels and market trails, the multiple course meal will focus on farm-fresh vegetables. Agular will be armed with ingredients from Vrindavan Farm, too. An interesting addition to the menu will be fragrant flowers, from dried hibiscus to jasmine.

"Two months back we did a vegan menu, last month it was seafood — the idea is to play with different ingredients every time. Diwali is around the corner and I wanted to do food that is more Indian. Right now, there are a lot of fresh flowers and vegetables in the market and I will use organic ingredients from the farm. Also, every time I get a lot of demands for vegetarian meals," Agular tells us about the menu.
