Manufactured by Serum Institute of India (SII), Covishield has been approved by the World Health Organization. However, the news of its exclusion from the list of EMA-approved vaccines for European Union’s vaccine passport caused quite a stir. CEO Adar Poonawalla assured Indians who were hoping to travel soon and said that the issue will be looked into and taken up at the highest level. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has also raised the issue during his meeting with Josep Borrell Fontelles, high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy, but a resolution is awaited.

While European travels might seem out of sight right now, we have curated a gastronomical tour of Europe for Mumbaikars missing summer travels. Take a walk down memory lane and relive your travels with these mouth-watering dishes across European cuisines.
