Our packaging is sturdy, eco-friendly and easy to eat out of. We’ve also placed waste paper bins outside the outlet,” he adds.

In the desi lane
Malls might need you to produce a test report, but stopping by at the parking lot for a bite won’t, as is the case with Ishaara at Lower Parel’s Palladium mall, says Prashant Issar, creator and co-founder. All you need to do is pre-book your order online, choosing from a range of modern Indian fare like Dilli papdi chaat, tandoor-fired pizzas, Awadhi raan, rolls and more or call the restaurant. “Park at the lot. The food with proper meal trays will be delivered to the car. We’ll be happy to reduce the parking charges based on the minimum order value,” he adds.
