El Toro – Cantina & Tapas Bar: The open and shut cases of Bandra restaurants are never-ending. A new addition to the happening lane of Mumbai is El Toro – Cantina & Tapas Bar, which offer more than the regular fares. Apart from the common names like Fish and Chips, and Chicken Yakitori, the restaurant has included some unique variants in its menu. Pastel de Cangrejo or crabmeat cake prepared in the house special sauce. The mocktail Phoebelicios is refreshing and worth giving a second try, thanks to its fruity content. Out of options like The Pork Belly and Pollo, the later outshines the former. The eatery offers a decent priced alcohol menu.

Trami: Launched three months ago, this pop-up at Andheri West, serves delicious Kashmiri food to Mumbaikars. Nadru Yakhni, Rogan Josh, Khubani Rista, Kashmiri Pulao, Waza-style Mushroom and Firni are served in generous portions. Trami may not transport one completely to a Wazwan, but in a city like Mumbai, which is starved of fare from the Valley of Kashmir, it makes a sincere attempt.

Bohemian Brew: This is one of the best places for bubble waffles in Mumbai. Bubble waffles, a popular street-food staple in Hong Kong, are gradually finding their way into Mumbai restaurants. In Bohemian Brew , choices in both base and topping of the bubble waffles are available. One can choose from a base of Nutella, vanilla or red velvet. The toppings include fruits like strawberry, banana, kiwi and chocolates like Oreo, Kit Kat and Ferrero Rocher.
