Cairo: Three people were arrested for their involvement in recent nightclub attack in Cairo that killed at least 16 people, Egyptian police has said.
According to their confessions, Friday's attack was in revenge of the owners and workers at Al-Sayyad nightclub in Agouza district, Xinhua reported.
The owner kicked them out on Thursday night when they started a fight over a woman.
The assailants, including two teens, were arrested on Saturday. They broke into the bar and threw Molotov cocktails that set the place ablaze.
The teens, a 19-year-old mechanic known as "the Crazy" and an 18-year-old student, were arrested on Friday who left Cairo to hide in Suez.
