To boost passenger capacity, as many as 21 pairs of trains on the Western Railway will now get additional coaches. Railway officials said that the changes are on a permanent basis and the entire list of trains where coaches have been added is available on the official website of Western Railway.

“These trains are from various divisions of Western Railway, including Mumbai and the additional coach to every train will boost the overall carrying capacity of the trains,” a senior official said.
Key trains, including Bandra Terminus-Haridwar Express, Lucknow Express, Jaisalmer Express, Mahuva Express and many other trains will get additional coaches. Last month, a set of 28 pairs of trains had each got a similar additional coach, but unlike these, those were temporary.
